| Winter Payment Procedures and Cancellation
Fees |
An advanced payment of the first night’s
charge (including taxes) is processed at the time of booking
and is non refundable. The remaining full payment will
be charged to the credit card provided 30 days prior to
your arrival and is non refundable. |
| Summer Cancellation Fees |
Any cancellation made outside 2 days of the arrival
date is subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00. Within
2 days of the arrival date, 1 night's room charge including
taxes will be charged to the credit card provided. |
| Summer Package Cancellation Fees |
Check with the hotel at the time of the booking. |
| Room Rates and Packages |
Are per room, unless otherwise stated, based on double
occupancy, plus applicable taxes, in Canadian Funds, valid
only for direct hotel bookings and subject to change without
notice. |
| Specials |
Are only valid for bookings made online at www.sunpeakslodge.com
or directly with the hotel. Specials and discounts cannot
be combined with each other (i.e. online, early booking
discount and stay 7=6). |

| Children |
15 yrs and under stay free in same room as the parents
with existing bedding. Upgrade to Cont. Breakfast (during
ski season) CAD 4.50 per night/child (6-15 yrs) plus tax.
NOTE: Maximum of 4 people per room. |

Maximum 4 people per room. |
| Extra Adult (16 yrs and older) |
Additional charge for extra adult (16 yrs
and older) CAD 25.00 per night/adult plus tax. |
| Check In and Check Out |
Check in after 3:00pm and check out at 10:00am. |
| Underground Parking |
Available for CAD 10.00 per night, based
on availability. |
| Taxes |
GST 5%, Room Tax 8% and Municipal Tax 2% |
| Minimum Age |
Minimum age to stay with us is 21 years.
Younger guests have to be accompanied by an adult over
21 years who is registered and paying for the room. The
Hotel will refuse the reserved room to guests less than
21 years upon check in. No Refunds will be given for the
reserved/paid room! |

| The Sun Peaks Lodge is privately owned and
the management reserves the right to refuse service to
anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury
to guests or for loss of money, jewellery or valuables
of any kind. Cooking facilities are not allowed. |
